10 Things you should know before having your vehicle repaired
Never drive a vehicle that could be considered unsafe after an accident. If necessary, have the vehicle towed to a repair facility, or even to your home.
Insurance companies cannot require or force you to have your vehicle repaired at a specific facility. The choice is yours.
Choose a repair facility that is licensed with the State. The facility will have the proper licenses displayed, including license number visible for inspection.
There is no law that you must get multiple estimates.
