Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
We recommend using our online contact form or calling to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome! However, contacting us in advance allows us to better assist you. Appointments generally last 15-60 minutes, depending on damage severity.
Are you open on weekends?
We are open on most Saturdays from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm for estimates and vehicle deliveries. We may also offer appointments outside regular hours to accommodate your schedule.
Does Soja’s Autobody work with all insurance companies?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies, following their guidelines for estimate submission. We handle supplements and communicate with your insurance adjuster to ensure proper coverage.
What if my insurance company refuses to work with Soja’s Autobody?
Michigan law allows you to choose any repair facility. We’re here to serve you and would appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.
What if I need a rental car?
We can assist in making rental reservations. Rental coverage depends on your policy’s rental reimbursement.
How long does it take to repair my vehicle?
Completion time varies based on repair complexity and parts availability. We’ll provide an updated completion date after disassembly and assessment.
What are betterment charges?
Betterment charges, determined by your insurance, apply to parts subject to wear and replacement, prorated based on your vehicle’s mileage.
What kind of guarantee do you have?
We offer limited warranties on metalwork, painting, stripes, decals, and parts. Our guarantees ensure quality craftsmanship and materials.
Will my paint match?
Yes! Proper paint matching requires a high level of skill, technique, and patience. We mix our own paint here at Soja’s Autobody and only use superior industry supplies and materials.
When can I wash or wax my car after repairs?
You can wash your car immediately but avoid commercial car washes for 30 days. After 90 days, your paint will be ready for paint protection, sealants, or non-abrasive wax.
